throwing continued at the Lion’s Gate area at the Temple Mount but the Palestinians considered this a victory in their battle for al-Aqsa mosque which is situated on the temple Mount. Israeli forces fired hundreds of rounds of tear gas as rocks were thrown at them in what Palestinians are calling a “Day of Rage” overJerusalem.
